Who we are
LoopLounge is developed and published by Mallowlabs, an independent app studio. You can reach us at alljavidevs@gmail.com.
What data we collect
We collect no personal data. The app does not require an account, does not track usage, and does not send any information to our servers (we don't have any).
The only data the app stores is saved locally on your device:
- Your Pro upgrade status — a flag indicating whether you've unlocked Pro, cached after purchase verification.
- Your theme preference — the background color you've selected.
- Your saved sound combinations — the names and sound settings of any favourites you've created (Pro feature).
This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the app.
In-app purchases
LoopLounge offers a one-time Pro upgrade via the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). All purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple and Google — we do not process or store your payment details. Please refer to Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies for how they handle purchase data.
Third-party SDKs
The app uses the following third-party libraries:
- react-native-iap — communicates with Apple App Store / Google Play to verify purchases. No data is sent to any other party.
- expo-av — handles local audio playback. No network access involved.
- @react-native-async-storage/async-storage — stores your preferences locally on the device.
None of these libraries collect personal data or transmit anything beyond what is described above.
Permissions
- Internet access — required to verify your in-app purchase with the App Store or Google Play.
- Background audio — allows sounds to keep playing when the screen is off or you switch apps.
- Billing (Android only) — required to process in-app purchases via Google Play.
The app does not access your microphone, camera, location, contacts, or any other sensitive device feature.
Children's privacy
LoopLounge does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13. Since we collect no data at all, the app is safe for use by all ages.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add features that change how data is handled (such as analytics or cloud sync), we will update this policy and reflect the new date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
